where are the details for claiming money back from Amazon???

Apologies if I've been looking in the wrong place but can someone point me in the right direction please
My brother brought a sat nav from amazon last month and he's now noticed the price has dropped, i'm sure i read on MSE somewhere that you can claim back money if the price reduces one month after from buying from Amazon. I did do a search before hand but there were pages and pages of results and after going through 5 pages worth i sort of gave up (sorry)
