Any tips for haggling?

Currently on a £12/mth contract with Tesco Mobile, with the contract expiring at the end of december. Anyway of getting on a contract with them (or anyone else) for around £15/mth for a Samsung s6, don't mind paying a small upfront cost (less than £100). Any tips?

It won't "expire".It will end if you give 30 days' notice OR request adn use a PAC to transfer the number within 30 days. If you request the PAC and any notice to cancel is void.
