Anyone else having problems using the CitiBank internet banking platform today?

"I'm sorry, but we are currently unable to process your request.

This could be a temporary fault so please try again in an hour or so. If the problem remains then please call CitiPhone banking for assistance."

Think I better give them a call tomorrow then.

I'm assuming you managed to log in, but what sort of transaction were you doing when you received that message?

Yes, I can log on and pass the security section, but that appears when I try to do anything, including just accessing my balance.

OK, I can't help then. I was able to view balances and transfer between accounts without any problems.

Have you received a new debit card?

I found out from Citibank that if they replace your card you have to go through the whole online banking registration process again. For that you will have to ask for a new T-PIN.
