1. No purchase necessary: The Festive Competition is free to enter for all UK residents who have a Facebook account, subject to these Terms.

4. Terms: By following the instructions provided in the Facebook post you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (‘the Terms’).



5. Marketing: The Festive Competition will be promoted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.



6. How to enter: Simply follow the instructions in the Facebook Festive Competition post and answer the qualifying question – about the LG Product. The Festive Competition will only be hosted on Facebook. Only one qualifying entry per person will be considered.



7. Entry requirements: The Festive Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time the Prize is awarded. Employees/ their families of the Promoter, its group companies or any other company involved in the creation and/or administration of the Festive Competition are not entitled to enter.



8. Entry Period: the Festive Competition opens for entry at 17:00hrs on 25nd November 2016 and closes at 16:00hrs on 28th November 2016.



9. The Prize: one main winner and one runner up winner that has answered the qualifying question correctly will be randomly selected from the qualifying entries.



10. Prize to go giveaway: One main winner will win two Manchester City home game tickets vs. Chelsea with one Manchester City Home Shirt between the period of 25th November – 28th November 2016 (4days). Travel to the venue is NOT included.



11. Previous prizes: P5 Bluetooth Speaker and a 3month Spotify Voucher between the period of 18th November 2016 – 21th November 2016 (4 days) || a LG Mini Beam Portable Projector (PH450UG) and a Talk Talk Play 5 movie pass for purchase or rental; one runner up winner will win a Talk Talk Player 5 movie pass for purchase or rental between the period of 22nd November – 25th November 2016 (4days)



12. Notification: Winner will be announced via Facebook by 26th November 2016 after the closing time, in the form of responding to his/her comment, under the relevant Festive Competition Facebook post. The winner must respond to that comment with a Facebook private message within one (1) day in order to arrange delivery of the Prize, failing which prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may at its sole discretion randomly draw another winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.



13. Disqualification: If the Promoter believes that there has been a breach of these Terms then the Promoter will, at its sole discretion, be entitled to withhold the Prize and randomly draw another winner.



14. No exchange: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.



15. No correspondence: All decisions regarding the winners and Prizes are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.



16. Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any, whether direct or indirect, damage(s), loss, costs, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Festive Competition. The Promoter will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Festive Competition or in respect of any Prize where unable to do so as a result of unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Whilst the Promoter uses reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative prize of equal value, the Promoter shall not be liable to compensate the winners in such circumstances.



17. Amendment/cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and/or to amend, suspend or cancel the Festive Competition at any time and without prior notice.



18. Governing law: The Festive Competition is governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.



19. This Festive Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering this Festive Competition, entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. All information submitted by entrants will only be used for the purposes of administrating this Festive Competition.

21. The Promoter act as data controller as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). The Promoter agrees to comply with its obligations under the Act.
