mortgage deal ends in august - im worried i wont be able to afford

ok so my 5 year deal with the alliance and liecester is due to end in august an d i pay around 350 a month fixed about 5% but fieghtend if i have to arrange a new deal i wont be able to afford it. i am very worried and am just about about able to save a good amount each month and frieghtend that i wont be able to do anything but pay bills. id like to have a little money so i can spend on a few luxuries like a small car, going out (which i only ever go out once a month) and save for a rainy day. but its looking like i will have to stay in and save less which i feel is two steps back for me financially. can anyone see any light at the end of the tunnel for this bank thing.???? (hopefully b4 august)

August is a long way away. So you cannot really change anything on the mortgage now. Plus you are unlikely to get a deal near what you have.

You are probably only looking at upto £100pm more than you are currently paying so it shouldnt be a problem for you. Well within the tolerance you would expect to budget for on monthly mortgage payments.
