Can anyone advise? I'm rarther nervous about this now Incase I either get declined or a low limit. We have our wedding To pay for, also how long does it tend to take to get an answer if been accepted? Thanks so much.

Q1 - MBNA and the bank that holds your main current account (the one that receives your salary and pays your bills).

Ditto MBNA they tend to give away money
Usually you receive within 7 days0 -
Agree that MBNA tend to give good limits. For me Tesco Bank gave me a limit of £9k with no previous borrowing history with them. My own bank (Santander) gave me a very small limit to start with
