Has Vodafone Plc systems melt down ?

It seems that Vodafone's Plc's internal telephone network may have melt down. I just called them and a recorded message said " Sorry we're having technocal difficulties and we are unable to answer your call right now. Try a little later" . This is not the first time I've had this problem.

Also recently, on two occasions, after getting through to an adviser they said " all systems are down and nobody can access any customer accounts!" I was asked to call a few hours later. What is going on at Vodafone ?!!!

Thank you lucky stars. You'd normally waste hours attempting to deal with normal customer services. No matter how bad the problem you have is, they usually make it much worse. See the Vodafone Complaints thread and contact the WRT as instructed if you want to avoid that happening.
