Hi I have a collection of educational PC games for sale on Ebay at the moment. I have 1 bid on it which is fab, and a couple of people watching. It has had 526 viewings over the week, but others that are identical only 10 - 20 veiwings. I'm just wondering what's going on.
Any ideas?
TIA

Someone posted a link to one of my items on a forum as a "should I buy X or Y" thread, and I had lots of views for that. Maybe something similar happened to you?Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I too have had links to my items posted on forums, and it's funny to see the hit counter go up after it's posted!
Maybe someone did link to it on a teachers forum or suchlike?
The alternative is when people post links to listings that are hilariously funny (intentionally or not!)... Having read your listing, I can guarantee that it's not the case on yours as it's a normal listing.
Hope it sells high for you at the last minute!

Thanks for the reassuranceI was wondering if I had made a huge blunder.
I hope it sells high too....still only 3 watchers though !
The quirks of Ebay eh ?
Viewing no 666 now .... SPOOKY0 -
I have had the odd listing where the counter was going up rapidly. It was before they showed the watchers and only sold to the first bidder a few minutes before the end of the auction. I just came to the conclusion that the counter was faulty.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0
