Cracking good deal: a 12 month SIM-only contract which after TCB + cash back during the life of the contract works out at £13.78 for the year for a monthly allowance of 250 minutes, unlimited texts and 250mb of data.

Go to TBC and enter Mobiles Direct in the search box. Click on 'get cash back' and you will be taken to the MD site. Click on SIM only button at the top of the page. The first deal which shows in the list below the 'pick your SIM size' box should be this one - £9.99 a month for 12 months, with total cash back of £96 over the life of the contract. Factor in £10.10 from TCB and it works out at £1.15 a month.

I'm sure there will be plenty of detractors given that the provider is EE, but if you can get decent reception in your area and remember to claim cashback (set reminders on your phone to send in bills - has to be done at four points in the contract and can be done online) it's hard to beat.
