The white sponge unfortunately didn't do the job

I also tried limescale remover but that didn't work - so next it might be the mould killer. Other than that, potentially a razor as the bit that's black is I think the rubbery bit that's now worn away and pushed into the little gap... Hmm

Dettol's mould and mildew remover always does the job first time for me - more importantly, the effects are longer lasting and not just merely discolouring the mould with bleach.0
