Terms & Conditions for the free prize draw to win a Christmas break for two and a hamper of festive puddings.

1. Entry to the prize draw is free.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Entries will only be accepted from people who are resident in the United Kingdom and who are age 18 or over.
4. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions are adhered to. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. The draw is not open to employees of Country Puddings or The Travel Team nor their associated companies or their families nor those who are professionally associated with the draw.
6. Entries must be submitted through https://www.countrypuddings/festive-prize from Friday 14th October 2016 at 12pm to Friday 11th November 2016 at 8pm. The competition will close on Friday 11th November 2016 at 8pm.
7. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received on Friday 11th November 2016 at 8:30pm. The first name drawn will be the winner.
8. The prize for the winner is as follows and it is worth over £140:
   A one-night stay for two at the 4* Jurys Inn in Leeds on Friday 2nd December 2016 including breakfast and Prosecco or Beer in the room on arrival. A 3 course evening meal for 2 at Zizzi on the night of 2nd December. Winners will be offered a special set menu with choices to select from.VIP Guest list entry to Tiger Tiger in Leeds.A hamper of puddings from Country Puddings.
9. Prizes are subject to availability and neither Country Puddings nor The Travel Team accept any responsibility for third party products.
10. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative can be offered.
11. The prize must be taken as one package.
12. The hotel stay is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis and does not include travel, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than when mentioned.
13. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the competition period ending.
14. The prize will be posted to the address given by the recipient on their entry. 28 days should be allowed for delivery.
15. The information entrants provide will be used by Country Puddings and The Travel Team for the purpose of conducting this competition. Country Puddings and The Travel Team may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants.
16. The winners consent to Country Puddings and The Travel Team announcing their name publicly as a prize winner, making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of the Entry and otherwise exploiting the Entry and any rights in relation to the Entry for any purpose and without compensation.
17. The Promoter may terminate this promotion at any time. Should the promotion be terminated, no entries will be accepted after the date of termination.
