Less than 12 month contract anywhere?

I'm looking for an ISP that offers a true contract of less than one year. I say 'true' because one or two I've looked at have cancellation penalties if you cancel at less than 12months (even though you can).
Its for a student house and it will only be occupied for 10 months, we have a BT line but its been cancelled (but not cut-off i've been told?!)

Virgin used to do a student deal with a contract for 9 months, dont think they advertise it on the site but probably through one of their canvassers.

Any entanet reseller, ie Aquiss, UKFSN, ADSL24, Freeola, Vivaciti, Xifos etc etc, all do a true 1mth contract, with no cancellation fee.

Have a look here: the top 4 out of 5 isp's are all enta resellers, who have quite a good rep, UK Support, 24/7 and all have very generous download packages for a very reasonable price.
