Future Energy - Any Feedback?

Just brought a residential customer across to us (I work a independent energy supplier) from a firm called 'Future Energy', and was wondering if anyone has any experience /feedback on them, as I've never heard of them on this board before?
Having a brief look on there website, rates seem somewhat competitive.
Interestingly, for what seems like a small energy firm - on the industry database they are also listed as the MOP and DC, which is normally reserved for the larger energy firms.
Are they an offshoot from a larger energy firm? Or, are they another new player? Interestingly, on the sign up system we use, they aren't listed :rotfl:
