• The promoter is: Blue Bay Travel (company no. 5343019) whose registered office is at Unit A4 Bellringer Road, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 8GB.
• Employees of Blue Bay Travel, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Start date for entry is 01/09/2016
• Closing date for entry will be 30/09/2016 after this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• One winner will be chosen at random.
• The prize winner must claim within 14 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
• Fill in required fields and submit to register for your chance to win and generate a referral link. For any referral link clicked, you will gain entry to the competition, unlimited referral entries allowed.
• The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner and their chosen companion are as follows: The prize is for one 7 Night All-Inclusive stay for 2 Adults at Waves Hotel & Spa by Elegant Hotels, Barbados in a Standard Room. Flights and transfers are not included. Blue Bay Travel are happy to provide assistance booking the flights however the winner is not obligated to purchase the flights with Blue Bay Travel. The winner will be travelling with their choice of 1 companion and will not be joined by any Blue Bay representative. Prize is valid for stays 01 Nov 2016 - 31 Oct 2017, subject to availability and blackout dates apply at Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and President Day.
• The original prize certificate must be presented at time of check-in.
• Special requests will be accepted at the time of booking but not guaranteed.
• The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa, and that they hold adequate travel insurance.
• The holiday prize does not include the cost of flights, transfers, travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs/expenses (e.g. hotel laundry, telephone calls etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
• The winner must be one of the people who travels on the prize holiday and both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.
• Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
• Blue Bay Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or changeable. All elements of any prize are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Entries will be accepted from UK residents only.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Blue Bay Travel will notify the winner when, where and how the prize can be collected/redeemed.
• Blue Bay Travel’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into other than announcing and arranging deliverance of the prize.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity/marketing material. This includes a winning announcement on Blue Bay Travel social media platforms including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest. This announcement may also feature on Blue Bay Travel brand pages including bluebaytravel.co.uk, caribbeanwarehouse.co.uk and tropicalwarehouse.co.uk. Marketing material required from winning participant also includes a short questionnaire to be completed before and after travel. A photo of the winner will be requested prior to travel to support a winning announcement on Blue Bay Travel social media pages detailed above and winner’s page on Blue Bay Travel Brand pages. We will request a minimum of 4 photos taken at the resort whilst enjoying a stay at Waves Hotel & Spa by Elegant Hotels, with a minimum of 1 photo including the winner’s face. This content will also be used to form a blog detailing the stay which will be written by Blue Bay Travel marketing staff using answers from the questionnaire. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
