Amazon Prime retention. Will they tempt you to stay?

i couldn't find a thread for anything to do with amazon prime retention.

My own amazon prime finishes tomorrow and i have hit the end membership . i was expecting at least them to ask the usual why i was leaving etc but nothing was there.

i have probably purchased 300 items over the last year with amazon. surely they will come back with some offer to make me stay?


so question is

"HAS ANYBODY HAD ANY OFFERS FROM AMAZON PRIME TO MAKE THEM STAY AFTER MEMBERSHIP ENDS"

No. I doubt there are any discounts on prime ever unless you're a student of course.

I recently found out there was an NHS discount. Obviously I found out AFTER I paid £79 for the year.. but, we actually use the video service quite a lot, and I use the delivery service at least once a week.

No. When I cancelled they did send quite an indepth survey which allows you to tell them exactly why it's not suitable for you, but they don't incentivise you to stay.
