Pound Vs Dollar

I KNOW noone can predict exchange rates. But I am going across the atlantic at the end of Sept- the current exchange rates are terrible (THANKS BREXIT) and i was wondering with the presidential election looming there is there a slight chance that the dollar will drop?

There really is no way of knowing, many a fx trader has made and lost a fortune trying to work out what will happen to rates.
BTW, the exchange rate is pretty good IMOChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
1.29 to the pound is terrible. When i went it was 1.6 dollars to the pound.0

I sell into the US market and it's almost boom time, so I think it's quite a good rate right now, long may it remainChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
