Terms and conditions of the Zoflora 'Beautiful Blooms’ Competition
In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the ‘Beautiful Blooms’ competition.
The promoter of the Competition is Zoflora, Thornton & Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.
1. Promotion entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The competition commences at 4pm on Friday 26th August 2016 and closes on Friday 23rd September at 5pm. All winners will be notified on email by the 7th October.
4. No purchase necessary - entry to the competition is free. To enter, users have to answer three questions based on the Zoflora Interactive Garden content. Then users must fill in their details including name, email address and address.
5. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
6. You may only submit one entry per person.
7. Entry does not guarantee a prize.
8. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable.
9. The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the promoter's control.
10. The prize is as follows:
1st Prize: 4 x Seasonal bouquets of flowers from Interflora.
Runner up prize: 20 x 1 bottle of Zoflora Summer Breeze disinfectant and a plastic bottle trigger spray.
Promoter: Zoflora, Thornton and Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the full competition mechanic and prizes. A full list of the winners can be viewed at the end of the competition.
