Cheap Calls From the Republic Of Ireland??

There is a wealth of cheap call providers in the UK but my cousin (who lives in the ROI) wondered if we knew any for callers in Ireland as their call charges are worse than BT's. She currently has monthly phone bills of 250 euros because she makes a lot of calls to the UK and US.

Which appears to offer calls to UK and USA landlines at 'local rate' - which, as far as I can see is:
Sa-Su: €0.0126/min
Mo-Fr 6pm/8am: €0.0126/min
Mo-Fr 8am/6pm: €0.0492/min
That daytime rate appears to be roughly a third of what eircom charge.
There must be others ...............Their - possessive pronoun (owned by them e.g. "They locked their car").
They're - colloquial/abbreviated version of 'They are'
There - noun (location other than here e.g. "You can buy groceries there") OR adverb (in or at that place e.g. "They have lived there for years") OR adverb (to or towards that place e.g. "Go there at noon") OR adverb (in that matter e.g. " I agree with you there").0 -
