Vodafone account problem
So the problem is this the last direct debit taken from my account my Vodafone was April. Since then I have had to reset my direct debit 6 plus times with them each time having them cancel before they take it so on June I payed April and Mays bill over the phone and reset the direct debit for July which this time wasn't cancelled but in fact they just don't bother to collect it after speaking to them in July the assured me this was resolved and the money would be taken on 9th of August l. After this conversation I received multiple calls from vodafones collection team and having to explain each time what was happening and being assured the money would come out .
It's now the 12th and according to vodafone they've tried to take the payment on the 6th which resulted in an error on there end and they have taken it today. I called my bank and there have been zero attempts to remove the money and there is 2 direct debit mandates set up with Vodafone but none have which have ever been used but both are active.
Vodafone seem to show no care about this issue and I'm now fed up calling them 2 and 3 times a month to resolve an issues which has nothing to do with me.
I have to wait till tomorrow to see if this payment goes through but the bank doesn't have anything in regards to the reference given.
Can someone provide me some help ? What do I do because this is a joke chasing a company to pay them as they can't correctly organise a payment
