BT Broadband not charging!

We have had BT broadband for 2months with the home hub, however they have still not charged us, we are only being charged line rental (£11.50 pm). Has anyone else had this problem, and does it fix itself? we cant bear to go through the pain of those call centres, with BT's being particularly apalling!

it is better that you ring and sort it, otherwise you may end up with a huge bill somewhere down the line . . .0
