Which 0% credit card would be best for me? I need to pay a £6,000 deposit on a car and want to pay with a 0% credit card or 2.
I have the £6,000 in current accounts earning 4-5%. I also have filly funded monthly regular savings account earning 5%. So I obviously do not want to use my own money. I will be paying the minimum monthly payments on the new 0% credit cards

most car dealers won't take that much on a card. I was limited to £2k on a £40k+ car.
You are probably best getting a 0% money transfer to your current account and then paying by debit cardI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Find out how much the dealer will want for a card payment, if they do accept card payments.
It's likely to be at least 3%, so while there are still savings to be made, it may not be as much as you think.0 -
I was told £500 maximum deposit by CC, with anything above that attracting a 3% charge.0
