Advice on 3rd Party Mobile Contract Sellers

I have generally ALWAYS gone direct to the mobile company.

Although I am thinking of changing my deal at the moment to Vodafone, through mobiles.co.uk - but it's a funny cashback deal, which I don't know if I can be bothered to do. It's only 50p less a month, but gives us 10GB of data instead of our 1,250GB (I get an extra 250MB a month for having two contracts - Tesco).

We don't really use that much data anyway but I'd be a lot happier with loads more. But then we'd be messing about again when the 12 months is up - another sim card, another PAC code, blah blah blah. Hmm.

Although technically, we'd be a bit better off as Santander 123 pay cashback on mobile contracts, so they'd pay the cashback on the whole £23.50 a month for the contract. But then looking at the complaints with Vodafone... - all swings and roundabouts I guess.

Are 3rd party sellers reliable?
