Orange Broadband Plus

Hi,

I have an old Orange broadband - Broadband plus. I pay £17.99 a month. I though I have unlimited download on my broadband service. I visited Orange online accounts and it shows my packaage as:-

Broadband Plus (Up to 8 Meg speed, 2 GB download guidance, including Wireless & Talk, £17.99 a month)

I am abit superised because I am sure I use more than 2GB allawance every month but still get charges £17.99.

Has anyone got the the old Orange Broadband? Can you advice how the usage allowance works?

Thanks for this. I alredy have one of these softawre installed on my machine. Does anyone know if Orange charge if the custoemr goes over the 2GB limit or the service just gets disconnected?
