AOL problem

We cancelled AOL broadband and talk in May and we moved house house in June taking our phone number with us. We recieved a phone bill from AOL for the month of may. Any way we have since had ANOTHER bill for July and another bill for August. Everytime I have phoned them they have come out with different stories.I have asked for an itemised bill of the phone calls we are supposed to have made and suprise suprise, never recieved this information.

Thwey definately haven't been providing us bcause we have had a bill from BT as our new address. AOL said they have cancelled it everytime I have phoned???. I am not sure how to go about getting this debt cancelled because everytime I phone I get some old crap about 10 days to cancel blah blah. I point out it was canceled in May and that the house has been vacent since but it is falling on deaf ears.
