I need an advise on Warrant of Control

Hello,
I have a court order for a SIMPLETS LIMITED (comp.# 09496696)
who is trading at Amazon Marketplace to pay me total of £72.90 (incl.court fees).
They did not pay me and I was thinking of applying for a Warrant of Control which cost £100.00 for a 3 attempts of bailiff visits. I am just wondering what are my chances of getting my money back providing the company is registered in Cardiff and Amazon trading address is in London? I know I had difficulties delivering a recorded mail to both addresses as those guys are well disguised.
It looks like it is Amazingly easy to be a rogue trader in the UK as enforcement rules are weak and makes people to give up rather than fight against rogue traders.
What would be your advise?

Are you actually thinking of spending £100 to get back £72.90? How much have you already spent?
There are times when you need to cut your losses, and maybe this is one of them."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Not really, if bailiffs will succeed that I should get £100 back as well.poppasmurf_bewdley wrote: »Are you actually thinking of spending £100 to get back £72.90?
So far I spent £48 court fees.poppasmurf_bewdley wrote: »How much have you already spent?

Throwing good money away with little prospect of getting it back is not really a sensible option.
However, if your trying to get a little payback at any cost, then go for it !!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I am relatively new to court/order execution system in the UK and this is exactly what I am trying to find out. Are my chances are really little in this fight?0 -

If the bayliffs can actually find this company, and they haven't gone into administration, then you stand some chance of success, you said yourself you've had trouble contacting them.
They can enter business premesis and take control of goods, so that's to your advantage, depends if they cooperate or not.
It's quite a small sum and of course you can claim your costs back as well, so you never know.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Just checked http://www.endole.co.uk/explorer/company/postcode/cf3-5ux and looks like there are two companies owned by the Preeces' and both overdue for annual returns. So the company can go administration any moment. Doesn't worth pursuing does it?0
