Advise please on cheap calls to a Moroccan mobile

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forums so please forgive me if I get anything wrong. I just wondered if anyone knows the cheapest way to make phone calls to a Moroccan mobile. I have been trawling through several different sites but when it comes to phoning a mobile, it gets expensive. I don't understand why Morocco is so expensive. I phone my brother in S.Africa and that's much cheaper for me!
