Tesco Mobile-Summer Roaming now free in EEC

From today no roaming charges, just uses your UK minutes/data allowance if you have some

    The EEC/Common Market was abolished in 2009 with the signing of the Lisbon Treaty (aka the EU constitution with a few tweaks to ignore the voters/plebs in the Netherlands and France).

    Based on Tesco's list of countries this is an agreement between EU and EFTA. If you want to get confused by the number of European organisations that don't include all European countries take a look at this:

    Their EU roaming only extends to 3rd September and costs are significantly higher on PAYG compared to 3...

    Fortunately, we only roam to Spain which is one of the 3 feel at home countries.
