Land Registry Tribunal - Helpful? Costs?

I remortgaged my property and invested all the proceeds into a land my ex and his brother were buying back around 2004. This money was not a gift. My ex convinced me that "I was investing this money for our retirement". The ex remortgaged the family home too to put his share into buying the land. On the legal paperwork, the land was only on his and his brother's names.
The marriage broke down, I lodged divorce through the court and the ex made a runner to India to avoid appearing in court for divorce proceedings. I attended the hearings on my own but as he was not in the country to settle the ancillary matters, all I could do was to put a Beneficiary interest on the afore-mentioned land. The family home was sold, with the help and agreement of his brother and I used this money to buy part of my current home but due a shortfall of £50K, his brother lent this to me, so his brother has a £50K ownership of my home until my ex pays him that money back and I cannot sell (not that I am selling) nor can I write up my Will, not knowing how much I own to give out to my 3 children.
The ex has been back in the country since 2009 but despite his brother asking him for the £50K back, he is refusing, kicking up huge arguments between him and his brother. I have asked his brother to remove his name from my house a few times, but he is refusing until his £50K lending is paid back by his brother. They own the afore-mentioned land jointly.
Recently I got a letter from the Land Registry sending me a request to object or accept to remove my name from the land. I objected. The Land Registry has accepted my objection and in the letter notified me of reaching agreement with the ex by a certain date or this will go to Tribunal.
My questions:
I am not familiar with costing of legal matters and I am already in debt so cannot afford court.
What other option do I have?
Any advice on negotiations or other please?
Is there a lawyer out there who can fight my case on a "No Win No Fee basis in such matters?
Thanks.

My questions:
- If Tribunal goes in my favour, does that only mean I keep my name as Beneficiary on the Deeds so they cannot sell the land or does more come out of this?
- Is going to Tribunal going to cost me anything?
- If the Tribunal recommends Court, at whose cost will this be?
- What if the ex makes a runner to India again, what happens to Tribunal hearings or Court hearings?

From my reading there are no costs at this stage (at least it doesn't mention them)
If you click on the link to the right and then click 'Find a legal advisor' you will eventually find some contacts to help.
Check if you have legal cover on your home insurance.
Google for 'no win no fees' solicitors in your area.0
