It was none of those. It's on a site previously containing a building which was demolished. Town centre location near all amenities.0

Your replies are appreciated, but what can I expect to happen next, and how in your opinions should I play it ?
Just ignore them and wait and see, as if you never tried POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UPDATE:
A letter from Premier Park arrived today requesting the payment of £100 within a month.
(Scanned letter: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dpw9rw967wx14yp/Scan_20160525.jpg?dl=0)
The letter mentions a specific landmark supreme high court decision, which having briefly looked at, I do not understand the relevance...
http://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/uksc-2015-0116.html
Any advice as to what to do (or not to do) next ?0 -
You have already had the advice ... see the post above yours.
PS - we DO NOT need to see any more posts about debt collectors either. (That's the next stage once you ignore this payment request).
The "landmark decision" is the Beavis case ... it has no relevance to a P&D car park. It's not the "silver bullet" PPCs seem to think it is.0 -

Thought you had already read the advice here and been told to ignore them, sit tight as if you'd never tried POPLA? We can't posibly reply here to every update every time a stupid letter arrives (sorry). This is done to death on the forum and you don't appear to have read anything, just stayed isolated on your own thread which is not using the forum at all.
Please don't tell us about the Beavis 'landmark case' or letters from debt collectors, instead use the forum as it should be used. You are currently viewing the tip of an iceberg of info by looking only here. You are missing everything you could have read, for the sake of a search.
Trying searching the forum for OBVIOUS keywords (e.g. 'landmark Beavis' is pretty clearly what you need to read about) each time you get a letter. We did say sit tight but we do expect people to search the forum before posting.

rshome123, if you see this, could you please send me a PM?
I have had a similar experience to yours, two digits of my registration number on the data submitted to POPLA, although I had not entered them.
There is more to this that you should know.0 -

Onetap, as rshome123 hasn't signed in to MSE forums for nearly two years, Last Activity: 25-05-2016 8:26 PM, be prepared not to get a response.
Why not start a new thread describing your problem and harness the might of the whole forum to fix it?
Please be wary of any PMs you may receive from others. They may not have the same goal that you have.0 -

Thanks, I'm aware of that, it's worth a try.
Since the OP joined in 2009, they may look in occasionally.Coupon-mad wrote: »Can you tell us what you mean, we are interested in this:

I intend to. There's a lot of it; the further you get into it, the darker it gets.0
