Hi all...hope someone can help, my friends e-bay account has been put on hold, can anyone tell me for how long this may be, she has paid all her fee's

What reason have ebay given for putting account on hold? Usually they use the term suspended, but then give a suggested time frame and a reason why account has been suspended.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I opened a new account yesterday and it was suspended within hours.
They have implied in their email that it is for unpaid fees or listing breaches....but I haven't listed anything.
No problem...I'll send them an email to clarify the situation and I just get the same codswallop they initially stated.
So I have to jump through all the hoops.
Guess I'd better stop naming my accounts xxx01. xxx02, xxx03 etc.
So good luck to the OP my fax will have to have the dust blown off it just to keep them happy...grrr.0 -
Well i was certainly worried this morning, logged in first thing to find I was selling nothing. Not only that but I hadn't sold anything either...slight panic, and then I read the announcement board which said ebay was under maintenance.....huge sigh of relief.
