Vodafone shambles
What is going on with them?
They send me a letter dated a few days ago, you owe us money, call this number. I do, only to be told that number is no longer in service. Another number is provided,
I call this other number, and get "Thanks for calling, bye".
Then I try and use the online payment system.
It claims my account or number does not exist.

Hopefully it wasn't a scam letter from the start.
If it was then you may have phoned two premium rate numbers and then provided them with your account details and password.0 -

Its not a scam letter, the numbers are 03333 040 170.
This tells you to ring 03333 040 191
Both of these numbers are on their website.
What a shambles, sending out a new letter with an out of date number, and telling you another number which does not work.:mad:0 -
It continues, one of the numbers is working now, got through to a chap that sounded spaced out, kept asking me to repeat myself, and then claimed the system was down so I could not pay the bill.
Terrible company.0 -
