hi ive just recently got my break down of bank charges, ive been told its a waist of time claimimg because everything is on hold. could you inform me if it is still worth while claiming or should i wait to see what the courts say

Most claims are now automatically put on hold. However, if your charges near the 6 year mark, it is better to get a claim in the system now to avoid getting time-barred.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

It depends on how far back the charges go anything after about March 2002 tehn you can safely wait. If the charges go back earlier than this then you should consider going ahead with your claim to avoid the Limitation Act point being taken.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
