WARNING!
When using debit cards and credit cards online to purchase goods or services some retailers through visa / mastercard, as my bank told me, levy a charge for the transaction.
The point is that you ARE NOT warned about this charge.
Is this theft? Would a lawyer like to comment?

Aren't you warned? Whenever I buy a flight online, it is made clear how much the charge is. Who is it that doesn't warn?Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
There are occasions (I think some large stores do this) where they advise you that a fee has been taken but this is included in the charge you are paying.
Can the OP give some examples of what he is referring to?Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0
