I'm unsure of the technicalities, so just posting what I would think:
I would suggest that the respondent needs to have something to respond to. How are they meant to answer the case if they don't have the details of your claim?0 -
They cannot prepare the bundle if you don't give them the things that you want including in it. Are you sure that the exchange isn't 16th May and the bundle 27th June?
But whatever - you do as a tribunal tells you to. Failure to do so will harm your case in the eyes of the tribunal.0 -
The respondents are already aware of all the details of the claim as we have already had 2 case management discussions and a pre hearing review for a deposit hearing. The judge never granted a deposit as he stated I had more than a reasonable chance of success at a full hearing.
I am going to follow the tribunals directions but I just wanted to clear up any worries I had regarding exchange of the witness statements. I have now emailed the tribunal to seek clarification of these issues. It's just that if I refer to any documents in my statement I have to identify those documents in the bundle by using numbers. But it won't have the bundle to do this. Hope this makes sense.0
