Paypal won't arrange DD to linked &confirmed bank account

Hi, I've been directed here from the banking sub-forum for specialist advice
I find I am unable to set up a direct debit to Paypal even though it has accepted the bank a/c, which is showing as an option for paying money from/to. There is a yellow warning triangle and message but I don't want the faster payments option, I urgently need the DD at least in place this month so that it qualifies for interest on a bank current account .

It sounds like it's not complete somewhere. Try calling Paypal, they'll probably talk you through it. They're usually pretty good on the phone.
