1. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain
aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its
group companies (“Promoter”)
and The Royal London Group (“Royal London”),
their families, agents or anyone else professionally
associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. To enter this prize draw, entrants visit
tgr.ph/royallondon
and answer the question:
”What is your favourite British saying”;
and complete the required fields in the online entry form.
Entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. All entries submitted must be in English.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to feature any
or all of the submitted entries in any of its publications,
its websites, social media and/or in any promotional
material connected to this promotion.
Entrants will not receive remittance for such publication,
though their work will be credited.
6. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries
or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Royal London –

7. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, June 26, 2016.
8. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to
an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
Should any element of the prize or the prize itself become unavailable,
a substitute of equal value will be provided.
10. One winning entrant will win a Garden Party in the winner’s
garden for up to 20 guests.

A DJ to play a soundtrack of British music, including:

11. The winner will be required to make their kitchen,
kitchen equipment and utensils available to the chef.
High cost ingredients including, but not limited to foie gras,
oysters, lobster, prime cuts of beef, truffles, etc,
are not included as part of the prize.
12. All prizes are accepted at the winner’s own risk.
The date of the Garden Party is to be agreed between the winner and the prize provider.
As a pre-condition to claiming the full prize, the winner will be required to confirm that the winner has appropriate insurance in
place for hosting the Garden Party in the winner’s garden,
including public liability insurance.
The winner acknowledges that participation in the physical
activities could cause injury or death.
The winner agrees to waive and release, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, the promoter, Telegraph Media Group
Limited, the prize provider, NDL Group and Royal London
and their affiliates, employees and representatives from
all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of the
hosting of Garden Party and the provision of services
and prizes described above.

13. The prize is subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
14. The winner may be required to participate in
reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Royal London.
15. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of
administration of this prize draw and in accordance
with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and/or Royal London. Accordingly the Promoter and/or Royal London may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter and/or Royal London as a result thereof.
17. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of NDL Group.
