Hi ALL,
How do i sack Virgin media? the service is getting slower, the phone bill is wrong and they arent very helpful unless you ring them at 25p a min.
I am thinking of going to Talk Talk.
I have used 6mths of my contract, what will the penalties be?

Unless you are very lucky you will be billed for the remaining 6 months basic charges. I hope you have been calling them to log your complaints.0
