No defence do i still get my money

Hi my bank has not filed a defense and today I filed for judgment in my favor can the case still be stayed?? or can the bank still file a defense any help would be grateful as MCOL web site is confusing.

Assuming that judgemnt in default is granted. If the bank put in a last minute defence then it will not be. The you can apply for a warrant of execution and send in the baliffs. Some banks at this stage then apply to have the judgemnt set aside or ask for execution of the judgment to be stayed. I am not sure how successful the banks have been in getting a judgment set aside as opposed to getting a stay.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -
