HELP! I have gone back six years of my statements on two accounts. I have a balance of total bank charges also a balance of interest that the bank have charged.
Please advise if 8% is the amount to claim on each and every bank charge. The courts have advised myself a case had been thrown out due to claiming interest.
For any one who can help me in this situation I would be most gratfull. Please let me know as soon as possible.

8% is the current statutory interest rate.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
