• The prize give away consists of the following; a stay in a luxury 3 bedroom lodge in countryside surroundings with a hot tub sleeping up to 6 people for 7 nights. Some lodges may be pet friendly, however this will be subject to availability. Dates are subject to availability. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured accommodation must be booked for a date within twelve months and must be confirmed within three months of the winner being notified or the prize will be withdrawn. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that all travellers have travel insurance. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner. Prize excludes: excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, any travel expenses, spending money and any other personal expenses. • The prize winner will be notified by email on or after Monday 4th April 2016. The winner’s name may also be published on Ideal World and icelolly.com social media. If a winner does not respond to Ideal’s email within 7 days of being notified by Ideal, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Ideal shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Ideal shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. Ideal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. Ideal accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
