1. Entries must be submitted between 9am on Monday 22 February 2016 and 11.59pm on Friday 15 April. One winner will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted by email or phone, no later than 14 May 2016. The winner will have 24 hours to confirm acceptance of a prize; failing confirmation, they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected.
2. One winner will receive a select tastemaker experience. The prize will include a 2 night stay at Dormy House, with a 3 course dinner at the hotel on one of those nights and 1x 60 minute spa treatment per person; a MINI Convertible for three days (Friday–Monday) and a prize package of Mini merchandise, worth £200. The winner can pick from three sets of dates for their weekend away: Friday 22nd July - Sunday 24th July, Friday 12th August – Sunday 14th August & Friday 9th September – Sunday 11th September.

1. Winner T&C –
   1. All drivers must be over the age of 21 and over 25 if the model chosen is in insurance group 33 or above.
   2. All drivers must have held a full valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years and be able to produce their licence when taking collection of the MINI. A driving licence check will be required for all drivers.
   3. The car will be fully insured and taxed and will be delivered and picked up from the winner’s home address in accordance with the winner’s request of date and time.
   4. The car will only be insured for personal use (but does not include cover for goods and personal effects in the MINI). Business use is not covered.
   5. The winner is not insured to drive the Vehicle outside of the UK. The MINI shall remain the property of BMW.
   6. Any motoring or traffic offences, congestion charges, other toll charges and resultant penalties and/or fines arising in relation to the MINI from the date that the MINI is provided to the winner until such time as the MINI is returned to BMW, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
   7. In the event of any damage, destruction of, to or loss or theft of the MINI, the winner shall be responsible for informing BMW and ensuring compliance with BMW’s reasonable instructions concerning the safety and repair of the MINI and any resulting civil or criminal prosecution. An insurance excess of £500 (for anyone aged between 21 and 24) and £500 for those aged 25 and over) will apply to the participant for any insurance claim made for damage in which he/she was at fault.
   8. The MINI may not be used for any form of racing or for hire
   9. You are responsible for ensuring that there is no smoking in the MINI.
   10. You shall ensure that no accessories are fitted and no modifications are made to the MINI and that no names, emblems, logos, markings or other proprietary markings are applied, affixed, displayed or maintained on the MINI or any part thereof.
2. Prizes are non-transferrable; there are no cash alternatives. Unless stated otherwise, the prize excludes transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, fuel, gratuities, telephone calls, taxes, further personal expenses and anything else not expressly included in the prize.
