PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prize is subject to availability and travel is valid from 31 May 2016 and travel completed by 30 November 2016. Prior reservation is necessary, at least a month in advance, dates based on availability. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The return flights are London/Dubrovnik (direct or via Zagreb) with Croatia Airlines.

1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to 'WIN an amazing holiday in Dubrovnik at the Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik 4* Hotel'
3.The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Sainsbury's magazine, Valamar Lacroma 4* Dubrovnik Hotel, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

5. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
6. Only one entry per household.
7. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 on 31 May 2016
8. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Sainsbury's magazine. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Sainsbury's magazine reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
9. The winner's details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Sainsbury's magazine, Seven, 3-7 Herbal Hill, London, EC1R 5EJ
10. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
12. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner's responsibility.
13. The holiday prize for 2 people comprises: Return flights in economy class from London to Dubrovnik for two (direct or via Zagreb) with Croatia Airlines; accommodation in a double room at the Lacroma Dubrovnik 4* Hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner daily; return hotel transfers; complimentary Spa entrance
14. The prize is subject to availability and is valid from 31 May 2016 and all travel to be completed by 30 November 2016. Reservations must be made a month in advance. 16. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Sainsbury's magazine or Lacroma Dubrovnik 4* Hotel reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
18. By ticking the relevant opt-in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
19. No responsibility will be accepted by Sainsbury's magazine for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
