Advice for someone moving abroad for three years

Hi Everyone,

I'm moving to the US for a new job in September. The contract is for three years but I may ultimately end up there for longer.

I'm trying to decide the best thing to do with my money whilst abroad. Currently, I have a help to buy ISA that I pay in 200 a month but apart from that I just use the current accounts that pay 3%.

These will be harder to maintain once abroad since I won't have any direct debits (I'm aware I could cycle money to make the monthly payment) but I'm worried that the terms may change and I won't be able to rect accordingly from abroad.

I also don't think it is worth taking with due to the poor exchange rate at the moment but I may want to transfer it if the rate changes so I am reluctant to fix for three years.

I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for what to do with it?
