30 hours of free childcare

I'm aware that most working parents will be entitled to claim up to 30 hours of free childcare by September '17 but I am wondering if we would be allowed to split this claim between two childcare providers - for example, a pre-school and an eligible childminder? Does anyone know? Many thanks

From my reading it seems that the 30 hrs free childcare is an extension of the current scheme (the 15 hrs).
The current scheme allows you to split the hours between child care providers so the assumption is that this would be allowed when it changes to 30 hrs.
