powergen - funny business with bills !

erm, just got two emails saying my bill is ready...

so I login and see the following:

12/05/2005
£ 400.66

11/05/2005
£ 94.81

Well, I thought I was pretty good with turning off lights and keeping the heating off this spring !>?!?!?!?!? but that is for one days use !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had a similar problem a coupleof months ago. They give me an estimated gas bill with some crazy figures. Even the number of digits was wrong on the estimated amount. They just made these figures up which give a £300+ gas bill. I think I was lucky to get someone on the phone who was quite good and sorted it out.
    have you entered any meter readings via the web site. I know they had a problem with that a while ago.
    Anyway turn that fire down!
