    What is your question specifically?

You need to earn no more than £110 a week (after taxes, care costs while you’re at work and 50% of what you pay into your pension).

I'm guessing you work 16 hours. You can either drop to 15 to retain CA or take on an extra 9 (roughly) to cover the loss of CA.

You don't necessarily have to look for FT, if that worries you.

yes i work 16 hours, if i drop to 15 hours i would lose my wtc.

i sure i am not the only one who would lose this, i was making people aware of what will happen.

Who do you care for, is it a child at school? If so there would certainly be scope to work the extra hours whilst your child is otherwise occupied, unless they are only there part time?

Yes there have been a few posts about this recently.

Is working the additional 9hrs per week an option?

Couldn't say specifically given the number of threads started each day. You could try the search function? It won't tell you anything more than what you already know yourself though.

Earning more will reduce your WTC by 41p for every £1 earned. However you would be losing carers allowance and increasing earnings so the total income shouldn't change/

You could use a benefit calculator such as entitledto to try various scenarios.
