Hello,
I'm currently in a bit of a mess and require some advise.
I'm currently in £2250 on my overdraft(this is a planned overdraft) and £1000 (£3700 limit) on my credit card.
I want to get rid of both of these asap, I currently have a mortgage, so money is a bit tight, I'm starting an evening job next week to help.
I have 0% on balance transfer until sep 16 on my CC, do you think I should do a transfer of fund from my card to my currently account and then clear the overdraft and then just work on paying my CC off?
Or stay as I am?
I currently have to pay over £60 a month on overdraft fees
Many thanks

Transfering money to your current account from a CC will not be covered under the 0% balance transfer.
There are a small number of cards available for this purpose, but my understanding is that they are usually only offered to those with a strong credit history.
Have you spoken to the bank to see if they would freeze the over draft fees for a set period?0 -
Hello,
No I haven't spoken to the bank, good idea I will try. I think my card can do this, because when I go into the transfer option it says this?
Transfer cash to your bank account0% Until 1 September 2016
1.9% fee applies0 -
so you could pay a one off fee of less than £50 to put the OD into the CC, instead of £60 month OD fees? seems like a good idea, then come September you may get another 0% balance transfer dealLIVE SIMPLY * GIVE MORE * EXPECT LESS * BE THANKFUL0
