Just downloaded my latest bill from BT - there is no mention anymore of the £6 charge to pay by any other method than D/D.
Have they now stopped this charge?
Noticed my line rental has gone up from £17.99 to £19.99 it states ''it includes extra features and priority phone line fault fixes'' - is this a sly way of getting this £6 - can I insist they reduce my line rental back to £17.99??
Wondering if anybody else has contacted them about this?

You get bumped on to Line Rental Plus if you don't pay by Direct Debit and no you can't move down to regular Line Rental till you take out a DD.0
