tax credits hardship and overpayment

I had an in year overpayment of wtc for 15/16 in December of 2015 all tax credits stopped to claw
back 100% of overpayment, circumstances changed end of December onto jsa, change of circumstances given overpayment dispute led by m.p left to live on 144 quid a week, jump forward 9 weeks after hours of calls and snail pace mp correspondence and a hardship decision is made £10 per week, I thought they were having me on..... now almost 10 weeks and overpayment dispute nowhere near an outcome. Job opportunity coming up which requires relocation but due to getting into never ending debt through reduced payments and elongated debts, it looks like it may be out of reach. When will this government realise we're not all scroungers on benefits but these out dated and antiquated procedures are tieing people to a life on the benefit hamster wheel.
BTW I used to work for tax credits and they're still further back than the mayans.
Anyone else gone through this horrendous process, cos I'm writing directly to Cameron and the Chancellor.
