AVC fund with Prudential

Just received my quotation from Prudential for annuity. My fund has increased by £1150 in the last month (since I asked for an estimate ) despite stock market volatility in August , so I am pleasantly surprised.
Now I have all the options to consider - but we are going on holiday in 2 days' time!
Single or joint?
Level or increasing?
Guaranteed or With Profits?
Any advice please?
